1. Placing an order
Placing an order through our website is not a legally binding agreement. NE Kato AB, therefore, has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, and similar situations. Binding invoices will not be sent to you until we have dispatched the goods you ordered. Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. It's only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order. You should be aware that the automatic reply (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation. The deal is only binding when you have received an email from NE Kato AB with information that we have shipped the item, and it is on its way. By accepting our terms and conditions of trade, you confirm that you have reached the age of 15 when purchasing cosmetics. If you buy professional products, i.e., chemicals for hairdressers, an age limit of at least 18 years applies, so it is important to have the correct information before you start. Contact your hairdresser if you need the necessary knowledge.
2. Payment
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, GooglePay, ApplePay, and PayPal on our webshop. In connection with the completed payment transaction, your payment information will be stored until the individual payment transactions have been processed. Your payment and card information is stored with Shopify's chosen PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standard) certified partner. Therefore, the information is stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that complies with international security standards until the payment transactions are completed. When you use debit cards on ne-kato.se, only Shopify PCI DSS certified affiliates and not NE Kato AB will have access to your card information. Therefore, processing your card information is only a matter between you and Shopify's PCI DSS certified partner, even if it happens while you are using ne-kato.se.
